One workshop. Every step.
Toyzix isn't a reseller. We build our own machines, machine our own moulds, and mould our own toys.
How a Toyzix toy is born
It starts as a sketch and a CAD model. We 3D-print prototypes until the shape feels right in a child's hand. Then we cut the final moulds out of aluminium on a CNC machine that we designed and built ourselves.
The moulds go straight into our injection moulding machine — also built in-house, servo-clamped and sized for parts up to 150 × 150 mm. Faces, logos and details are added with our own pad-printing setup.
Because nothing is outsourced, we can fix a design flaw between two shots, run a small batch for a festival, or make a spare part for a toy you bought last year.
Our machines
- 3D printers — rapid prototypes and small parts
- CNC mill (600 × 600 mm, 3-axis) — self-built, cuts aluminium injection moulds
- Injection moulding machine — self-built, servo clamp & screw drive, parts up to 150 × 150 mm
- Pad printing machine — being built now, for toy faces and logos
What's coming
Remote-control bumper cars and racers on our own moulds, and a line of connected robots from our bench — starting with Rova, our own IoT robot vacuum rover.
